2D Tolerances

Normal tolerances for the flat 2D laser cutting are +/- 0.005".
This will vary depending on material type and thickness.
We can hold as close as +/- 0.002" but this does affect the price.

 

3D Tolerances

Normal tolerances for the multi-axis 3D laser cutting are +/- 0.010"
This will vay depending on material type and thickness.
This will also depend on the consistency of the formed part.
We can hold as close as +/- 0.005" but this does affect the price.
