August 2008: Staub Laser Cutting is pleased to announce the purchase of their newest piece of equipment; a Virtek laser inspection system. This equipment is not only used to ensure continued quality parts, but it is also a valuable piece for reverse engineering. See photo here.

March 2008: Our brand new CNC press brake with 5 axis CNC back gauge has arrived!!! Capable of tolerances of +/- 0.0004" under load!
January 2008: Staub Laser Cutting has officially become
ISO 9001:2000 certified!!!
January 2008: Steve Staub is inaugurated as President of the Dayton Tooling & Manufacturing Association.
October 2007: We began our 5S program.
August 2007: We began a Continuous Improvement Program focused on improving our On-Time Delivery and Quality.
July 2007: Staub Laser Cutting was featured on the local NBC affiliate WDTN TV2 in their new monthly section on advanced manufacturing. We were the second company highlighted in this new program.
May 2007: We sold a three-year-old laser and replaced it with a new high-speed laser machine!
April 2007: Staub Laser Cutting celebrates 10 years in business!!!
March 2007: We completed our Internal Audit for ISO and are progressing toward our certification.
November 2006: Staub Laser Cutting became one of the few companies in the world to successfully laser cut quartz (glass) on a multi-axis laser.
October 2006: We ordered our new 4,000 watt high speed laser for delivery in the Spring of 2007.
July 2006: Our organization began the process of achieving ISO certification.
February 2006: We added onto the warehouse and now have a total of 17,500 sq. ft. and a truck loading dock.
