April 2010:  Staub Laser Cutting celebrates its 13th year in business!!!

October 2009:  Steve Staub, President of Staub Laser Cutting, is chosen as a judge for theh Dayton Business Journal's "Business of the Year Contest."

August 2009:  Staub Laser Cutting has recently invested in a brand new Flexarm to further increase our efficiency in tapping and reaming holes into laser cut and formed parts.

April 2009:  Staub Laser Cutting celebrates 12 years in business!

March 2009:  Thanks to our great employees, Staub Laser Cutting is once again named one of the winners in the Dayton Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" contest.

January 2009:  Steve Staub, President of Staub Laser Cutting, was interviewed by the Dayton Business Journal about his views and opinions about the economic outlook for manufacturing companies in 2009 and beyond.

December 2008:  Steve Staub, President of Staub Laser Cutting, was asked to write an article for the Manufacturing e-Journal about the manufacturing industry, the economy and the outlook for 2009.

October 2008:  Staub Laser Cutting is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Collins to it's staff.  Joe is the Quality Manager and comes to Staub Laser Cutting with over 20 years of industry experience.

August 2008:  Staub Laser Cutting is pleased to announce the purchase of their newest piece of equipment; a Virtek laser inspection system. This equipment is not only used to ensure continued quality parts, but it is also a valuable piece for reverse engineering. See photo here.

March 2008:  Staub Laser Cutting is one of the winners of the Dayton Business Journal’s “BEST PLACES TO WORK” contest!

Over 50 companies applied and only 15 winners met the criteria for a great work environment.  We are very honored to win this award and wish to thank all of our great employees who go above and beyond every day of the year!

March 2008:  Our brand new CNC press brake with 5 axis CNC back gauge has arrived!!! Capable of tolerances of +/- 0.0004" under load!

January 2008:  Staub Laser Cutting has officially become ISO 9001:2000 certified!!!

January 2008:  Steve Staub is inaugurated as President of the Dayton Tooling & Manufacturing Association.

October 2007: We began our 5S program.

August 2007:  We began a Continuous Improvement Program focused on improving our On-Time Delivery and Quality.

July 2007:  Staub Laser Cutting was featured on the local NBC affiliate WDTN TV2 in their new monthly section on advanced manufacturing.  We were the second company highlighted in this new program. 

May 2007:  We sold a three-year-old laser and replaced it with a new high-speed laser machine!

April 2007:  Staub Laser Cutting celebrates 10 years in business!!!

March 2007:  We completed our Internal Audit for ISO and are progressing toward our certification.

November 2006:  Staub Laser Cutting became one of the few companies in the world to successfully laser cut quartz (glass) on a multi-axis laser.

October 2006:  We ordered our new 4,000 watt high speed laser for delivery in the Spring of 2007.

July 2006:  Our organization began the process of achieving ISO certification.

February 2006:  We added onto the warehouse and now have a total of 17,500 sq. ft. and a truck loading dock.

January 2006:  We upgraded our software by purchasing Sigmanest so that all machines now have one programming package.

January 2006:  Our new 6,000 watt laser arrives; one of the first 5 in the United States!!!  This allows us to cut up to 1.500" thick steel!!!

November 2005:  Staub Laser Cutting is awarded the prestigious Manufacturing Business of the Year for 2005 by the Dayton Business Journal.  We are truly honored by this and wish to thank our employees for all of their hard work.

February 2005:  Total employment at Staub Laser Cutting has exceeded
20 people.

November 2004:  Staub Laser Cutting has completed our recent 5,000 sq. ft. addition.  We now have just over 15,000 sq. ft.

July 2004:  Staub Laser Cutting is awarded one of the "Fast 25" awards from the Dayton Business Journal.  This award is given to the fastest 25 growing companies in the Dayton Ohio area.

June 2004:  Staub Laser Cutting has begun a new addition to our facility.
